Ernle Estates Group of Companies is a long established property company. We have a substantial portfolio of properties with a capital value in excess of £100m. We have a mix of residential and commercial properties.
Property Acquisitions
We are always keen to acquire further properties to add to our portfolio. We purchase a wide variety of properties, from a small ground rent investment of around £1,000 through to substantial portfolios of properties.
We purchase both residential and commercial properties and will consider properties anywhere in England.
Our largest purchase to date was a portfolio of properties predominantly in the South/South East London area for £20m.

Residential Lettings
We have a large portfolio of quality properties to let, which have been refurbished to a high standard and are in good condition.
Our residential properties to let are predominantly in South West, South and South East London.
All our properties are managed in house and tenants are in direct contact with our lettings team. We provide a personal and professional service and, as we are in direct touch with all of our tenants, we are able to respond more swiftly than other landlords when repairs are required.
